IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for IT application initiatives using the IPEEC process within a Waterfall structure.
• Provide project management, organizational change management (OCM), and strategic consulting support to senior executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to align solutions with business goals.
• Maintain comprehensive Smartsheet project documentation, including schedules, Gantt charts, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings to resolve blockers, manage risks, and drive project momentum.
• Prepare and present executive-level briefings, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support governance activities such as steering committee logistics and decision tracking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically focused on enterprise application projects in a Waterfall environment.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain business requirements, resource estimations, and cost estimations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing projects within a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet for managing project documentation and planning.
• Commercial consulting experience.
• Experience managing projects involving SAP ERP and other enterprise applications.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Familiarity with structured methodologies such as IPEEC.
