IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage matrixed project teams and oversee the design and implementation of complex technology projects
• Oversee infrastructure projects including corporate fit-outs, office relocations, and desktop technology deployments
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget
• Maintain governance over project financials, including business cases, forecasting, and P&L
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to executive sponsors when necessary
• Develop project communications, status updates, and reporting metrics for stakeholders
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify project interdependencies

Requirements

• 10–18 years of professional experience
• 7+ years of experience managing projects across multiple technologies and functions
• Extensive experience managing projects through the full lifecycle using recognized methodologies
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Project
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar, high-complexity projects
• Proven ability to manage geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups
• Strong understanding of IT environments and vendor management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for executive-level reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
• Experience in the financial services or investment banking industry
