IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects from initiation through delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards and quality requirements
• Track and report project progress, milestones, and KPIs to senior management
• Support change management and implementation of new solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications
• Fluency in Arabic
