About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium-complexity IT projects from initiation through closing
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
- Provide organizational change management support for cross-functional projects
- Apply and tailor project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Design and document improvements to IT organizational workflows
- Coordinate with technical development teams to track dependencies and work efforts
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve technical or resource conflicts
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technology or IT project management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Ability to translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agentic AI projects
- Experience maturing an IT Project Management Office (ITPMO)
