IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium-complexity IT projects from initiation through closing
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
• Provide organizational change management support for cross-functional projects
• Apply and tailor project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Design and document improvements to IT organizational workflows
• Coordinate with technical development teams to track dependencies and work efforts
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve technical or resource conflicts

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology or IT project management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and enterprise systems
• Ability to translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agentic AI projects
• Experience maturing an IT Project Management Office (ITPMO)
