About the role
Responsibilities
- Independent introduction of modules including organizational preparation and implementation
- Coordination of stakeholders and resources, including organizing internal meetings and involving key users
- Management of tasks, information, and testing, including delegation and tracking
- Ensuring transparency and escalation of blockers or resource issues to program management
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or completed training in a commercial or IT field
- Initial project management experience in digitalization projects
- Familiarity with project planning and tools
- Experience with IT system structures and application systems, ideally hospital information systems (KIS)
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and analytical skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
