IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large and complex IT projects simultaneously
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reporting and steering committee presentations
• Monitor project progress using KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage project budgets and track actuals throughout the project lifecycle
• Apply project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
• Oversee change management processes and support the adoption of new systems and tools
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate post-project reviews and integrate lessons learned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
• Proven track record in delivering large and complex projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience organizing and leading steering committees
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluency in French and English
• Background in Energy or Finance sectors is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dutch
