About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Provide independent analysis, trend insights, and management reporting
- Identify operational bottlenecks and translate findings into process and policy improvements
- Collaborate with TM teams to optimize ways of working
- Maintain a proactive approach focused on quality, governance, and compliance
- Advise business units and senior management on operational and strategic matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5–10 years of experience
- Experience with Gen-AI/Agentic-AI projects and delivery
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders across departments
- Strong presentation skills for senior management levels
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
