About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all project dimensions including resources, budgets, risks, scope, and dependencies
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across various functional teams and organizational levels
- Coordinate complex activities across multiple squads and divisions to drive alignment and consistency
- Report project progress clearly and regularly to senior leadership and business stakeholders
- Ensure project compliance with internal policies and Agile delivery practices
- Support risk, issue, and change control processes to ensure smooth transitions and timely resolution
Requirements
- Solid experience in software IT project management
- Proven experience in cost management, risk assessment, and resource planning
- Ability to apply systems thinking to assess interdependencies across teams and processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills across IT and business teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- High degree of adaptability to changing priorities and evolving business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMI
- Proficiency in Collateral business processes
- Experience collaborating with outsourced and offshored teams within Agile frameworks
- Competence with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Oracle Boards
