IT Project Manager (Digital Transformation and Strategy)

Responsibilities

• Implement a bank-wide project management philosophy by ensuring the consistent use of tools, processes, and methodologies across all functions
• Define clear project objectives, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure alignment with corporate goals
• Lead strategic and operational project planning and execution for digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with Change Management to address potential challenges
• Oversee project budgets and timelines effectively while providing regular updates to senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle and integrate industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects
• Extensive experience within the banking industry
• Proven expertise in leading strategic and operational project planning
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management or a related discipline
