IT Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Pilot digital projects from end to end (costs, deadlines, quality, risks)
• Collect and analyze business needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through digital tools
• Coordinate various project stakeholders (business, IT, suppliers, technical teams)
• Ensure monitoring of transformation roadmaps
• Organize and lead steering committees and workshops
• Support the deployment of digital solutions to users
• Track performance indicators and measure project benefits
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Experience in project management, digital transformation, or change management
• Understanding of industrial process digitalization
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in complex international environments
• Professional English proficiency

• Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, V-Cycle)
• Industry 4.0 knowledge
• Data Analytics and decision-making tools
• Experience with PLM, ERP, MES, or collaborative tools
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps)
• Lean methods and continuous improvement
