IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements from users and business teams
• Write functional specifications and ensure their validation
• Lead IT projects while respecting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate various stakeholders including business users, developers, and integrators
• Manage functional testing (UAT) and oversee the production deployment of solutions
• Support change management and provide training to end users

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT, Project Management, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management with a MOA (Business Analysis) orientation
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and technical writing skills
• Excellent communication, listening, and teamwork abilities
• Highly organized and rigorous approach to project delivery
