IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using MS Project or similar tools
• Manage project budgets, baseline submissions, and change management
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot problem areas, and deliver status reports
• Proactively manage risks and develop contingency plans
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct project management experience
• Proven track record in deploying IT solutions
• Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, One Plan, MS Planner, Excel)
• Experience managing internal and external resources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent executive-level communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
