About the role
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones using tools like MS Project
- Prepare initial budgets and manage change requests
- Monitor project execution and make decisions to maintain progress
- Manage risks proactively and develop contingency plans
- Coach and supervise project team members and consultants
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and functional documentation
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience covering the full lifecycle
- Bilingualism in French and English (written and oral)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in OnePlan, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel
- Proven experience in deploying IT solutions
- Experience managing internal and external resources
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent
