IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in all Software Delivery Lifecycle stages from discovery to delivery and benefit realisation
• Develop project approaches, plans, and documentation including business cases and project initiation documents
• Manage a range of projects including third-party software implementation, application development, and business change
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects and oversee project management deliverables
• Work closely with stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing to ensure effective implementation
• Submit project status reports, review bugs, plan software releases, and manage risk and issue registers

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in a software/IT environment with business systems, CRM, and websites
• Proven experience managing mid-sized to large IT projects with budgets between £500k and £1m+
• Certification in PRINCE2, Agile, or APM
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
• Experience working with third-party development partners
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a proven track record of problem-solving
