IT Project Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive the execution of the company's IT Portfolio and roadmap using Agile principles
• Provide AI project management expertise, guiding teams through emerging technologies
• Champion an AI mindset by leveraging data-driven insights, automation, and ethical AI practices
• Distill insights from vague data and craft executive-level presentations for technological decisions
• Lead project execution status meetings to track progress and identify risks
• Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Implement quality assurance measures to meet industry standards
• Prepare and present status reports and dashboards for leadership
• Facilitate quarterly PI Planning sessions to align teams and prioritize backlogs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in a PMO environment
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven project management and native AI capabilities (predictive analytics, generative AI)
• Demonstrated success in Agile leadership and managing backlogs
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft applications, and reporting dashboards
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in automotive or manufacturing sectors
• Background in automotive/EV programs or hardware-software integrated products
• Experience establishing governance structures, portfolio dashboards, and KPI frameworks
• Ability to blend stage-gate and Agile/Lean practices
