IT Project Manager 2

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as a Scrum Master overseeing data engineering backlogs, daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resource allocation, and identify critical paths.
• Develop project schedules and use earned value to measure against scope, schedule, quality, and cost KPIs.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document workflows, processes, and technical decisions.
• Configure and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, backlogs, and Sprints.
• Build detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI or ADO to provide visibility into project health.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in managing IT projects.
• Experience working within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems, or a related field.
• Project Management certification or formal education.
• Strong understanding of PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Camstar, Camline, Eyelit, or Promis applications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps administration.
• Ability to contribute to and impact AI-driven initiatives.
