IT Project Management Office Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure, control, and manage integrated IT project portfolio processes from initial demand through post-project phases, aligning with business and IT strategies.
• Implement and maintain project management methodologies and tools to maximize organizational benefits.
• Provide project management services, support, and advisory to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget with high quality.
• Manage annual long-term planning (PLP) and budget processes (CAPEX and OPEX) for IT to ensure sufficient funding and correct resource administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven experience in IT budget management and Project Management Office (PMO) management.
• PMP Certification from PMI.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Postgraduate studies.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
