IT Program Portfolio Analyst

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor internal communications for the IT General Management Directorate
• Develop digital content including designs, animations, videos, infographics, and invitations to drive employee engagement
• Create communication strategies and campaigns to improve alignment with business goals
• Analyze audience metrics, traffic, and strategy results to enable data-driven decision-making
• Propose innovative communication models and new channels to strengthen current processes
• Manage logistics and presentations for monthly management sessions
• Support technological projects and provide backup for administration and control functions within the sub-directorate

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Design, Advertising, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in digital/internal communication, digital marketing, and content design
• Proficiency in Canva and advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Video Editing
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Forms
