IT Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of current and future technical efforts across different teams and program initiatives
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Sponsor leadership and external stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration among multi-technical disciplines including data, development, and infrastructure
• Communicate project updates, technical challenges, and solution strategies to government leadership
• Assist the executive team in prioritizing efforts, managing schedules, and making business decisions for maritime technology projects
• Plan and manage multiple projects involving Sponsor infrastructure and exploitation platforms
• Oversee daily program operations and manage, assign, and review the work of program personnel
• Improve existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate the preparation of presentations, reports, and other programmatic artifacts for senior leadership

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in cost and schedule performance management
• Proven experience overseeing daily program operations
• Experience in personnel management, including assigning and reviewing work
• Experience in vendor management and consulting with users and technicians to assess mission priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across technical and leadership teams
• Experience preparing high-level program management artifacts, such as executive presentations and reports
