IT Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects aligned with business and enterprise strategy
• Own portfolio-level schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and issues
• Coordinate across programs to ensure high-quality delivery and effective dependency management
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project-level issues and support governance forums
• Partner with Strategy Leads to translate strategic intent into executable programs
• Ensure PMO processes are standardized and drive continuous improvement of operating models
• Lead select strategic initiatives as a Program or Project Manager as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in IT project, program, or portfolio management
• PMP certification is required
• Significant experience working within a PMO or large-scale enterprise environment
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and working with senior business and IT leaders

• Master's degree (MBA, MS in IT, or related fields)
