IT Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract execution for a classified Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) program
• Provide direct supervision and leadership for up to 35 employees, including engineers and specialists
• Oversee program budgets, funding, and financial reporting to ensure costs remain within negotiated parameters
• Lead the Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process to obtain and maintain the Authorization to Operate (ATO)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
• Manage vendor relationships and drive customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and exceptional performance
• Develop and implement quality management processes to increase program performance and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree
• Current PMP certification
• Current IAM Level III certification
• 10 years of experience in personnel management
• Working knowledge of Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems (WIDS) and TSCM capabilities
• Experience with A&A processes and customer ATO requirements
• Ability to travel worldwide
