IT Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational work performing multiple IT procurements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Manage the entire procurement process according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU), from needs analysis to contract signing
• Act as a procurement specialist or project manager for assigned assignments

Requirements

• Proven experience independently conducting at least 3 IT procurements (goods and services) under LOU (excluding direct procurements)
• Experience conducting IT procurements through negotiated procedures
• Experience managing call-offs through renewed competition on state framework agreements for public authorities
• Experience with industry-specific contracts, such as standard agreements for IT and telecommunications companies
• Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with clients
