About the role
Responsibilities
- Map client spending across IT categories
- Build IT procurement strategies in collaboration with operational teams
- Consolidate needs and draft specifications with stakeholders
- Manage consultations including sourcing, tender analysis, and negotiation
- Support contract finalization
- Estimate and track savings
- Establish deployment schedules and monitor supplier performance
Requirements
- Higher education degree, ideally in procurement
- Significant initial experience in IT procurement
- Mastery of the full procurement process
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Rigorous, organized, and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
