Responsibilities
- Structure subcontracting contracts with suppliers
- Manage the complete software procurement cycle: sourcing, specifications, consultations, negotiations, and contracting
- Lead supplier governance through Business Reviews and Steering Committees (COPIL)
- Conduct market monitoring and manage supplier risks
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures
- Structure the SRM approach including processes, tools, and indicators
- Revise governance models based on supplier segmentation
Requirements
- Mastery of tenders and commercial/contractual negotiations
- Experience in structuring procurement strategies and implementing SRM approaches
- Experience in sourcing and consulting with IT suppliers
- Strong writing skills for processes and procedures
- Professional English proficiency
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role
