IT Process and Steering Consultant

Responsibilities

• Audit organizations on their IT processes and identify improvement recommendations based on best practices
• Propose and lead implementation trajectories for process improvements
• Act as the primary client contact to gather needs and lead task forces
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction by meeting production objectives (SLA, SLR)
• Design and lead continuous improvement instances and action plans
• Measure the qualitative and financial effectiveness of continuous improvement plans

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) minimum
• Proven experience managing IT projects
• Experience in operational management and performance management
• ITIL certification
• Proficiency with various ITSM tools
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and/or COBIT methodologies
• Experience in managed services (infogérance) or IT support management
• Experience working in Agile environments
