IT Presales Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into technical proposals
• Architect technical solutions for government customers globally
• Coordinate technical resources to design optimal solutions
• Communicate and design solutions with software vendors and suppliers
• Collaborate with Bid Managers on technical sales strategy
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to international customers
• Highlight the value proposition of company solutions
• Maintain deep knowledge of products, capabilities, and technology trends

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of technical experience with large software projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience in e-government systems is a plus
• Presales experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate studies
• Knowledge of French, German, or other EU languages
