IT Platform Technician

Responsibilities

• Administer software applications and digital resource platforms
• Manage Airworthiness Directives and technical/digital documentation
• Administer computer equipment, local networks, and servers
• Provide support for digital platforms and information systems to ensure operational continuity
• Support internal users with collaborative tools and digital environments

Requirements

• Higher Technician degree (Técnico Superior) in IT and Communications or similar
• Proven experience in systems administration, computer equipment, servers, and local networks
• High level of proficiency in Office 365
• High level of proficiency in SharePoint
• Intermediate level of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JIRA and document management systems
• Knowledge of web environment programming
