IT Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate enterprise-level Management Information Systems (MIS), including SAP ERP, web-based business systems, and groupware.
• Establish information strategy for the MIS domain and identify new digital transformation tasks.
• Act as PM or PMO for business system construction and enhancement projects.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Develop strategies for the introduction and utilization of new technologies, specifically focusing on AI and Digital Transformation (DT).
• Manage project lifecycles, including requirements, schedules, costs, and quality control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science or Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Mandatory national IT certification (e.g., Engineer Information Processing).
• Strong understanding of IT governance and strategic planning to achieve business goals.
• Deep understanding of MIS architecture, including infrastructure, data flow, and integration processes for WEB and SAP ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in enterprise system implementation, enhancement, or operation.
• Proven experience as a Project Leader (PL) or Project Manager (PM) for business system projects.
• Experience in requirement analysis, functional definition, user acceptance testing (UAT), and budget management.
• Experience with groupware, collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams), RPA, or mobile services.
• Experience identifying and driving AI-driven automation and efficiency projects.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or SAP certifications.
