IT PAS and RCM Business Application Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize EMR (InterSystems TrakCare) PAS & RCM workflows
• Enhance patient access, registration, insurance, billing, and claims processes
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and operational reporting
• Drive workflow standardization and data quality across multiple facilities
• Partner with clinical, operational, RCM, Finance, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency and user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, HIM, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare informatics, specifically focused on Patient Access, PAS, and/or Revenue Cycle Management
• Hands-on experience with Hakeem (configuration, optimization, and support)
• Proficiency in healthcare reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Hakeem embedded reporting
• Strong understanding of RCM workflows from registration and eligibility through to claims and collections
• Experience supporting multi-facility operations with standardized configurations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Certifications such as CPHIMS, RHIA/RHIT, or PMP
• EMR vendor-specific certifications
