IT Outsourcing Senior Business Analyst, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to EBA Outsourcing Guidelines by developing and implementing compliant processes.
• Drive the automation and optimization of manual outsourcing activities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support the IT Outsourcing Controlling & Oversight function for both group-internal and external vendors.
• Perform risk assessments regarding IT Outsourcing activities, considering regulations such as MaRisk, BAIT, and DORA.
• Maintain and enhance IT Outsourcing governance controls, including reporting, service reviews, and escalations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure automated processes meet both regulatory and business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within the Financial Services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines and IT Governance principles.
• Proficiency in process automation tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting policies or procedures.
• Proficiency in English; dual language proficiency in German or Italian is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big 4 Audit.
• Familiarity with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
• Strong background in data analysis.
