IT Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Mac and Windows device lifecycle using MDM tools like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
• Administer core SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and 1Password.
• Manage identity and access through SSO providers such as Okta or Google SSO, enforcing JML workflows.
• Own the IT service desk, streamlining onboarding/offboarding and maintaining SLAs.
• Oversee office networking, including Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and AV setups for meetings.
• Support security and compliance by enforcing controls and gathering evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage IT vendors, service level agreements, and budget forecasting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT Operations or End-User Computing, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack administration.
• Working knowledge of identity providers (Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, or Google SSO) including SAML and MFA.
• Proven experience managing device fleets via MDM (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji).
• Solid understanding of office networking (Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs).
• Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit processes and evidence collection.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
• Excellent communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
