About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Omnissa Workspace One UEM, including device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management
- Configure and enforce device compliance, security baselines, and access controls
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, and device assignments
- Provide Tier 1–3 support for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices
- Monitor device health, inventory, and endpoint security alerts
- Deploy, update, and support enterprise applications and mobile productivity tools
- Maintain asset inventories, technical documentation, and user guides
Requirements
- Experience in large-scale mainframe computer operations or data communication network experience
- Proven ability to act as a project leader or major contributor on complex projects
- Proficiency with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security solutions
- Experience with Active Directory and user lifecycle management
- Ability to provide technical support across multiple operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS)
