IT Operations Support Admin

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and productivity tools to all employees.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including device provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and asset recovery.
• Administer macOS and Windows environments, including Google Workspace and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Manage MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) and endpoint security solutions like EDR and antimalware.
• Maintain and troubleshoot corporate network environments, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset inventories, and SOPs to ensure audit readiness.
• Support compliance initiatives and audits related to ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration.
• Proven experience working in fintechs, startups, or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong expertise in macOS and Windows administration.
• Advanced experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Proficiency with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and PCI DSS compliance standards.
• Fluency in English for technical documentation and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Jamf, Google Workspace, ITIL, or Security+.
• Direct experience supporting security audits and formal compliance programs.
