IT Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets during and after implementation throughout the Hypercare phase
• Lead calls to assist hotel properties with bug fixing and system configuration adjustments
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of projects according to established deadlines and handover to BAU
• Liaise with vendors to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues
• Support the implementation team during go-live weeks by making necessary configuration adjustments
• Travel occasionally to support implementation, task forces, and the Hypercare phase
• Provide guidance and recommendations to hotels on optimal system usage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with SAP-TMS and EMMA software
• Fluency in both English and French
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work dynamically within a team environment
