IT Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of on-site IT infrastructure, including server rooms, UPS systems, and high-density cabling.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, tracking, security, and final disposition of hardware and software.
• Act as the primary lead for ITIL activities within the ServiceNow platform, managing Incidents, Service Requests, Change, and Problem Management.
• Maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure all hardware assets and network dependencies are correctly mapped.
• Architect and manage robust factory-wide networks (LAN/VLAN/WLAN) to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Design and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and backup protocols to prevent production downtime.
• Manage vendor performance and service level agreements (SLAs) for local ISPs and global hardware providers.
• Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments and Windows-based client access.

Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
• ITILv4 Foundation or Specialist certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Strong expertise in Windows and Hybrid environments, including Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with Intune OS deployments and Windows Autopilot.
• Proficiency in English for effective coordination with global IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CCNP, or VCP certifications.
• Experience with Azure/Cloud technologies.
