IT Operations Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead IT resource for the assigned location, coordinating local IT resources and managing vendor relationships.
• Resolve and coordinate Service Management tickets to ensure efficient resolution meeting published SLAs.
• Perform onsite and remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems for end users, internal systems, and hardware.
• Procure, install, configure, and maintain client computing hardware and software.
• Manage the client computing hardware and software lifecycles and oversee IT Asset Management.
• Administer enterprise IT systems, including Active Directory Services and highly virtualized client computing environments.
• Lead and collaborate with local business functional teams on IT projects and technology implementations.
• Create and maintain knowledge documentation, usage guides, and FAQs, and deliver user training.
• Oversee adherence to security policies, technology standards, and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in an Information Technology field or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating IT support activities.
• Extensive experience in client computing hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals).
• Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Practical experience with IT procurement processes and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, applications, cloud, and directory services.
• Fluency in the local language and a competent level of English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
