IT Operations Pilot

Responsibilities

• Perform daily controls and analyze events from the previous night and current pilotage
• Support the transformation of indicators towards PowerBI
• Validate instructions from an IT operations pilot perspective
• Manage projects using Agile methodology to support clusters and poles in delivering outputs
• Maintain the instruction repository and provide user support
• Implement backlog items from the planner
• Report difficulties and propose solutions
• Conduct presentations and demos to introduce tools within the group

Requirements

• Experience in N1 IT operations support
• Knowledge of hypervision and supervision tools (Zabbix, BMCAO, etc.)
• Understanding of IT production technologies (Mainframe, Cyber, Open, Application Infra)
• ITIL practices
• PowerBI knowledge
• Mastery of CMDB/ITSM (ServiceNow)
• Skills in procedure writing and project management
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
