IT Operations & Network Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deploy and own the main office network in Paris, including Wi-Fi, certificate lifecycle, RADIUS/802.1X, firewall management, routing, and switching.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for network-related issues and provide hands-on IT support for over 1,800 employees.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents while performing root-cause analysis and driving continuous improvements.
• Manage user accounts and lifecycles (onboarding/offboarding) and administer IT applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Coordinate with Workplace and Security teams to ensure a seamless and secure employee experience.
• Experiment with AI assistants and agentic workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Strong security mindset with knowledge of RADIUS/802.1X, firewall management, and vulnerability management.
• Ability to maintain composure and diagnose complex issues in challenging situations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and optimizing workflows.
