IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and administrators responsible for enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms.
• Oversee 24x7x365 operational support coverage, including on-call rotations and incident response.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex incidents, outages, and platform integrations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, administration, and governance of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Slack, and Five9.
• Drive operational excellence through ITSM and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams to ensure secure platform operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and strategic roadmap discussions.
• Develop operational metrics, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with enterprise collaboration platforms
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies
• Experience managing 24x7x365 technical operations in a global enterprise environment
• Experience with Power Platform governance and administration
• Strong understanding of SaaS operations, governance, and integrations
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and after-hours escalations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with identity and access management (SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM)
• ITIL Foundation or advanced ITIL certifications
• Microsoft certifications related to M365, Teams, or Power Platform
• Experience with enterprise contact center platforms like Five9
