IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1 and Level 2 operational activities, including supervision, incident management, service requests, and changes
• Manage and support a team of 7 collaborators (Team Leaders)
• Monitor activities to ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual indicators
• Maintain a close relationship with the client, collaborating with client coordinators and operational managers
• Prepare and lead operational committees, steering committees, and monthly team meetings
• Propose and implement continuous improvement plans and operational processes
• Manage team resources and prepare monthly billing

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or an equivalent field
• Solid experience in operational management and leading teams
• Mastery of ITIL fundamentals
• Strong skills in client relationship management
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and structure complex activities
