Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth IT operations and deliver exceptional end-user support services
- Manage high-availability systems and drive operational stability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical projects
- Manage mission-critical systems including ERP, CRM, and Travel Reservation Systems
- Oversee IT infrastructure, architecture, and network operations
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT operations
- 3+ years in a production 24/7 high-availability enterprise environment
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies, Office 365, and Azure
- Proficiency in high-availability networks, disaster recovery, and cloud operations (AWS or Azure)
- ITIL Foundations V3 Certification
- Experience with firewalls, managed switches, LAN/WAN, and communication protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Must possess a car and a valid driving license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel or airline industry
- Cloud certification (AWS or Azure)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO
- Experience with backup, recovery, and data retention planning
- Experience maintaining compliant operations for internal and external audits
