About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of IT devices including laptops, iPads, iPhones, and Windows 11
- Assist with day-to-day IT operations and troubleshooting for employees on-site
- Help create performance reports for the IT Operations department
- Contribute to the digitalization, optimization, and automation of IT processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
- IT affinity with initial experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows computers and iOS mobile devices
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Independent working style, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team
- Customer-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in IT infrastructure, such as networks and servers
