About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain computers, phones, printers, peripherals, conference rooms, and other IT systems
- Serve as a primary IT point of contact for personnel at the launch site
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues across Windows and macOS
- Setup workstations, accounts, and devices for new employees
- Configure and maintain audio/video/camera systems for meetings and launch operations
- Assist with network troubleshooting including DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Install and troubleshoot low voltage cabling for network and AV systems
- Monitor hardware inventory and manage IT assets
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT support, desktop engineering, or technical operations
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Experience supporting printers, peripherals, and AV systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial or launch environments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or high-reliability environments
- Experience supporting CAD, engineering, or telemetry software tools
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Slack, or Confluence
- Experience working in regulated environments (ITAR, NIST 800-171)
