About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level technical support and expertise to ensure smooth operation of IT systems at the Adrian site.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, networks, backups, and cabling.
  • Support and maintain various IS applications such as O365, ERP, and PLM.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve operational issues to minimize disruption.
  • Manage data backups and recovery procedures for office and R&D data, including financial and HR information.
  • Monitor WAN infrastructure, manage local ISP tickets, and maintain organized cabling in server rooms and IDFs.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits (IATF, TISAX, CQA) regarding D&IS topics.
  • Follow group IT standards and implement best practices for security and compliance.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2019 or higher and Windows 11.
  • Knowledge of VMware (virtualization) and VEEAM (backups).
  • Experience with Cisco management and administration.
  • Proficiency in O365, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
  • Strong skills in network management, including VLAN, IP management, and WIFI.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multicultural teams.
