IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level technical support and onsite expertise to ensure smooth IT system operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, mobile devices, and end-user hardware.
• Manage and maintain the Local Area Network (LAN) and provide first-level support for WAN infrastructure.
• Support the rollout and maintenance of enterprise applications such as Microsoft O365, ERP, and PLM systems.
• Implement IT security measures, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with Group cybersecurity standards.
• Manage data backup and recovery processes for office and R&D data to ensure business continuity.
• Act as the primary site-level point of contact for IT operations and coordinate with global specialists during system rollouts.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and end-user hardware support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 and enterprise applications (ERP, PLM, or R&D systems).
• Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Understanding of IT security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
