IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Respond to technology support requests and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Build and configure Windows and Linux devices
• Support Windows domain infrastructure and monitor systems
• Assist with projects to optimize workflows using PowerShell
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Graduating in 2027 or 2028
• Available to work 40 hours per week in person in Hong Kong
• Knowledge of computer hardware components and interactions
• Familiar with Windows operating system
• Interest in networking, programming, or system administration
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Humble and willing to ask questions and admit mistakes
• Hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues at desktop, server, and network levels
• Interest in learning PowerShell or Bash
• Fluent in English
