About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, effective, proactive onsite and remote IT support
- Manage the IT hardware lifecycle from procurement to maintenance
- Streamline user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support internal events with reliable technical setup
- Create clear documentation for software and services
- Help enforce IT security policies
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure
- Maintain fiscal responsibility across all IT activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support
- Technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with SentinelOne, Zscaler, InTune, and JAMF
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Android operating systems
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure
- Experience in IT and Hardware Support in warehouse or distribution centre environments
