IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Automate repetitive tasks using AI-driven workflows to improve support and operations.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain global IT infrastructure to ensure stability and scalability.
• Manage reliable connectivity across global offices, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and site-to-site networking.
• Manage endpoints at scale using MDM to deploy software and enforce device compliance.
• Support employee onboarding by preparing equipment, access, and technical training.
• Partner with hardware, software, and SaaS vendors to select and implement optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams and security departments to solve technical issues across time zones.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network/internet issues.
• Experience with network appliances such as FortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points, and switches (or similar like Cisco/pfSense).
• Strong working knowledge of macOS or Linux and their respective security features.
• Ability to build and maintain automation through scripts, workflows, or integrations.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate operations and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coding and automation experience with Python, Ansible, or shell scripting (bash/zsh).
• Experience working within a security-focused IT environment.
