Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support via Slack and ticketing systems
- Own the new hire onboarding experience and device setup
- Provide hands-on hardware support for macOS devices and office AV systems
- Manage the complete laptop inventory and device lifecycle
- Administer user access and identity via Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting macOS endpoints and MDM tooling
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
- Experience with Slack administration and workspace management
- Understanding of identity and access fundamentals including SSO, MFA, and directory services
- Experience with Okta administration, including user management and group rules
