IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build out a scalable IT infrastructure to support a rapidly growing organization
• Respond to IT help desk requests via phone, email, remote access, and onsite support
• Provide technical assistance for issues related to computer systems, networks, software, and hardware
• Develop and lead the implementation of platforms and services across global engineering and operations functions

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in IT operations, including system administration, server support, and desktop support
• Experience with Google Workspace or Active Directory systems
• Proficiency supporting a broad range of operating systems including Linux, Windows, and Mac
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and equipment (VPN, DNS, firewalls, routers, switches, or access points)
• Experience deploying, integrating, and administering SaaS applications
• Proven ability to create IT processes and procedures
• Ability to operate in high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities with discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data protection operations and laws (GDPR)
• Experience with managed Fortinet network stacks
• Knowledge of MDM best practices
• CCNA certification
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or shell scripting
